RNs Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and recording patient symptoms and medical histories
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards

RNs Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of South Carolina
  • CPR Certification
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Computer skills
