• A current, active state license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW or a PsyD degree.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of diverse populations, with a strong understanding of hospital patient challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate engaging and supportive interactions with patients and team members.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings, demonstrating proficiency with online counseling platforms.
