The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and driven Content Creator to own, produce, and scale our social media content. In this role, you will be the voice and visual eye of our brand across multiple digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for brainstorming, creating, and editing engaging content that builds brand awareness, grows our online community, and drives audience engagement.
What You'll Do
  • Content Production: Create user generated content for key social platforms and understand algorithms for driving engagement. 
  • Strategy & Planning: Maintain a consistent content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader company campaigns.
  • Platform Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments, and foster a thriving online community.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on digital trends, viral audio, and platform updates to keep our brand relevant and agile.
  • Analytics: Track content performance, report on key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion), and adjust strategies based on data.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the algorithms, formats, and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
