Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Traffic Control Flagger, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow in construction and work zones. You will be responsible for directing traffic, setting up and removing traffic control devices, and ensuring the safety of both workers and the public. This position requires individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and committed to safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct traffic flow in construction and work zones using hand signals, flagger paddle, and work radios.
  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barricades.
  • Communicate effectively with construction crews, supervisors, and the public.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Remain alert and aware of surroundings to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications:
