We’re looking for people who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team.

What you'll do

You will serve as a systems engineer with a focus on digital architectures supporting sophisticated space and ground communication and sensing systems. In this role, you will bridge system requirements with detailed digital implementations, working closely with ASIC, FPGA (hardware/firmware), and software teams to ensure coherent, verifiable endtoend digital software-defined solutions.

  • Perform requirements decomposition and allocation to ASIC, FPGA hardware/firmware, and software teams
  • Conduct system analysis using MATLAB and/or Python to support architectural decisions
  • Support verification and validation of system and digital requirements
  • Work across space and ground applications, including communications and sensing payloads
  • Support architectures for hybrid and alldigital arrays
  • Develop clear diagrams and technical artifacts communicating control flow, data flow, and functional behavior
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including systems, RF, digital design, firmware, and software
  • Participate in design reviews, trade studies, and technical interchange meetings

What you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of systems engineering or related digital systems experience
  • Experience with requirements management and requirements decomposition/allocation

  • Understanding of digital system concepts across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries
  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts through diagrams and documentation
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • #LI-SA1

What will help you on the job
  • Basic understanding of beam-forming, channelization, digital transceivers, and antenna operations
  • Active Secret clearance or ability/willingness to acquire clearance
  • Experience with modelbased systems engineering (MBSE) and tools such as Cameo
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with time alignment and synchronization of digital arrays
  • Exposure to RF payloads, digital beam-forming, or mixedsignal system architectures
