We offer relocation support and onboarding assistance for qualified candidates.

About the Role

As a Field/Support Technician, you will be the technical ambassador of our company, responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting our proprietary software and hardware solutions at customer sites, as well as at our corporate office. • Set up our software / hardware on EGMs, redemption kiosks, and other networked gaming equipment.
  • Ensure system compatibility with EGM platforms such as IGT, Aristocrat, and Light & Wonder, as well as serial connections, non-SAS protocols and COAM machines.
  • Support integrations with ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO), Player Tracking, accounting, and real-time monitoring systems, and other 3rd party equipment suppliers.
  • Ensure installations are completed within schedule and to customer satisfaction.

Maintenance & Customer Support

  • Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues, on-site (in office and field).
  • Expertise in identifying and resolving network communication, errors between machines and CMS Severs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with gaming machines, route operations, or casino technology.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting EGMs and peripheral systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and service manuals.
  • Knowledge of required software to work on both EGMs and components.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
