The Director ensures alignment of UX initiatives with business objectives while fostering collaboration across teams. By leveraging data-driven insights and emerging trends, this position shapes innovative, user-centered solutions that support Walmart’s commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences and operational excellence.

The team develops innovative products that enable the merchandising group to curate localized assortments efficiently and competitively, enhancing customer convenience and value. They apply user experience design principles, conduct comprehensive user research, and engage stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. Focused on continuous improvement, the team uses data-driven insights to optimize interaction designs and deliver seamless solutions. Collaboration across functions ensures scalable, user-centered products that address evolving market needs while upholding high standards of quality and performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 8 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
