Office Beacon is looking for a driven, high-energy, motivated individual(s) who thrive on working in exciting rapid-paced sales environments. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of Office Beacon’s Los Angeles sales division, helping to shape and create the event sales and partnerships sales strategy. For this position, you will need to live near the Los Angeles area, attend live events, and be comfortable presenting in person.

The ideal candidate has a strategic and analytical mind to work directly with the Sales leaders, to identify prospects and the ideal target to attend the Office Beacon VIP event(s). This role will also be working cross-functionally with our overseas inside sales team to continuously improve outreach, messaging and qualification for the event sales efforts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with presenting in person at the luxury suites and hosting clients in an event setting. This is the ultimate position for an outgoing personality that enjoys nurturing relationships, continuously meeting new people, and working with a high-performing team that produces exceptional results.

  • Knowledge of effective enterprise sales strategies (prospect, grow, close)
  • Ability to work cohesively with India sales,
  • Input with local sales strategy, data analytics to improve leads, and improve sales funnel

Duties and responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend sales meetings with prospects and existing clients
  • Assist with the organisation of sales outreach events
  • Attend and liaise with prospects at Office Beacon event-based sales campaigns
  • Produce structured reports on sales campaigns
  • Conduct daily sales outreaches including but not relegated to cold calling and email outreaches
  • Must collaborate with various internal teams to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommend changes in products, services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Must meet sales goals as specified
  • Must travel out of town to trade shows and other sales events
