Job description

We are hiring immediately for a full time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician).  This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus. 

What you will be doing as an A & P Mechanic: 

You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 

  • Mechanical Duties: Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery. 

  • Engine and Airframe Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups. Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines. 

  • Use of Tools and Equipment: Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies. 

What you need to be successful: 

  • High school education or GED required 

  • A&P License Required 

  • Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required. 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance
