Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented auction uploader to write auction listings. These online auction listings include cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, mowers, tractors, heavy equipment, and other various motorized vehicles. This position is on-site at our Hastings, Minnesota location.
Main Responsibilities
- A majority if your time will be dedicated to describing auction listings with excellent grammar skills and accurate information
- On occasion, auction units may need to be inspected to provide a more accurate auction description
- Review auction condition reports for accuracy and missing information
- Communicate with remote locations to request information
- Closely inspect images of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and other various power sports items
Qualifications:
- Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating Windows software including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, an internet browser, and YouTube
- Dependable and able to work efficiently
- Basic mechanical knowledge and preferably some knowledge of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, mowers, and other various motorized vehicles
