Full Time Nanny Needed - Seattle WA (Bothell area) (Internal Code: MR-P)
Approximate Schedule: 40+ Hours Per Week
Days: Monday to FridayMornings, Afternoons and Evenings
Start Date: October 20th 2022
Location: Seattle WA (Bothell area north of the city by 20 minutes)
Children: 3 (ages 1, 3 and 3 years old)
Pay: $30 to $35 Per Hour
Paid Time Off: 80 Hours Per Year
Paid Sick Time Off: Negotiable
Unpaid Time Off: Up to 8 weeks Unpaid Leave for FMLA qualified events
Hello! We are looking for a full time nanny to care for our three children!
A bit about us and our kids:
-3 year old twin boys.
-19 month old boy.
-Dad works from home 2 days a week, in the office 3 days a week (43 hours in a typical week, with overtime pay for the additional 3 hours).
-Mom is a full time medical student
-The twins are in Pre-School 2 days a week
oOn those days, our nanny would only be responsible for caring for our youngest, at the same pay rate.
The nanny we choose will very much be a part of the family, and responsible for nurturing our kids as they grow and learn. We are looking for someone long term, at least until our youngest starts kindergarten and beyond. We're looking forward to meeting you!
Our requirements:
-COVID Vaccinated
-Authorized to work in the US for any employer
-Valid Driver's License (we will need you to transport our children).
Nice to haves:
-Ideally able to transport 3 kids in your own vehicle (to Pre-School, or other activities).
Bonus Opportunity:
On regular predictable intervals (once every quarter or so) I need to be On-Call for my job 24 hours a day for a week. We are willing to offer a $250 flat bonus for every On-Call week, as well as $50 per hour for any time worked out of normal hours.
