Instructor- Skilled Trades
StrataTech Education Group | Tulsa Welding School | The Refrigeration School is hiring full-time, onsite Instructors for days, evenings and weekends!
Help shape the future of trades. As an Instructor, you will lead hands-on training, mentor students, and support classroom safety, tool management, and curriculum delivery.

Key Duties include:
  • Teaching from pre-developed lesson plans
  • Engaging students while adapting to different learning styles
  • Tracking attendance and grades
  • Maintaining classroom cleanliness and safety
  • Managing tools and equipment
  • Supporting new instructor onboarding
  • Assisting with curriculum updates and testing
  • Providing short-term tutoring and mentoring

Requirements include:
  • High School diploma or GED. (Jacksonville only- 18 SCH of post-higher education)
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience in the last 10 years of field taught
