  • Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students' needs
  • Track and analyze student progress and performance
  • Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
  • Keep students' families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
  • Be passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students
  • Take on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors

Qualifications

  • Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)
  • Able to tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends— 40 hours per week
  • Have previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required)
  • A baseline MCAT score of 521+
  • 2+ years of previous teaching or tutoring experience
  • Able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
Why you'll love Inspira
  • Amazing people with a great vision and values
  • Mission-driven team culture focused on student success
  • Your work directly impacts the lives and careers of students across the globe
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, base plans 100% employer paid
  • Pre-tax benefits (FSA, DCFSA, HSA, Commuter)
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with company match

Compensation

  • Total compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year
  • Additional income opportunities
