Full-Time W-2 Position | Performance-Based Pay
Fairfax, Virginia

The Grout Genie is hiring an experienced tile and grout service technician to join our Northern Virginia team. We are a professional, established company with an excellent reputation, centrally located at Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a serious, motivated professional who wants to earn a strong income in a highly in-demand field. The right candidate will be able to complete service work independently, deliver clean results, and provide an excellent customer experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Expert-level silicone application with clean, smooth, professional finish lines.
  • Grout removal and repair.
  • Minor tile repair and replacement.
  • Knowledge of ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other tile materials.
  • Ability to assess existing tile and grout conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers.
  • Able to follow instructions and carry out tasks in a professional manner.
  • Able to keep a maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and work vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Must pass criminal background check.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Earn 40% of the total revenue from every completed job. This is not commissioned or lead based.
  • Your percentage is calculated off the top, before materials or other job expenses are deducted.

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday through Friday.
  • Some Saturdays may be required.
  • Full-time availability required.
  • Workdays begin and end at our Fair Oaks Mall location in Fairfax.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
