Luxury Valet Parking Attendant Five Star Valet | The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero
Five Star Valet is seeking polished, service-driven professionals to join our team at one of Southwest Florida's most prestigious residential communities, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a refined, luxury environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional service are the standard. Our Valet Attendants are an integral part of the resident experience, delivering personalized, world-class service each and every day.
Compensation:
Supervisor: $20/hr
Valet Attendant: $16-$18/hr (plus gratuities)

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero - 5000 Coconut Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134
Hours:
  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • 7:00am-3:00pm (AM Shift)
  • 3:00pm-11:00pm (PM Shift)- Must be available to work holidays and weekends

Position Overview:
As a Luxury Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a seamless, elevated arrival and departure experience for residents and their guests. This role goes beyond parking vehicles-it is about delivering a five-star hospitality experience with every interaction. You will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to service excellence while operating in a private, high-end residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve high-value vehicles
  • Anticipate resident needs and deliver personalized service
  • Maintain a polished and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Assist with doors, luggage, and general resident requests when appropriate
  • Ensure all vehicles are handled with the utmost care and attention
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism

Essential Qualifications:
  • Driver's license for 4 years or more
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and DMV check
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Strong communication skills with English proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Smartphone with internet and email access

Physical Requirements:
Ability to meet all physical expectations of valet parking to include:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
  • Ability to run or jog as needed
  • Lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Work comfortably in outdoor conditions
  • Manual transmission experience is a plus

Professional Appearance Standards:
Maintaining a refined and professional image is essential in a luxury residential environment
  • Clean, well-groomed appearance required at all times
  • Tattoos must be fully covered
  • No visible piercings (including earrings for male employees)
  • Hair must be neat and conservatively styled
  • Mustaches permitted if neatly trimmed; no beards
