Starting pay begins at $20.00 per hour and is negotiable based on level of experience


What You’ll Do

  • Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email
  • Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and balancing standards
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
  • Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations
  • Stay alert to potential fraud and support a clean, organized teller area
  • Complete required training and perform other duties as requested


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Intermediate use of desktop applications and standard office equipment
  • Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays, and float to other local branches as needed to support business demands


Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a branch environment and requires regular standing and movement, visual and manual dexterity to operate office equipment, occasional handling of up to 40 pounds, and some bending and lifting. Independent travel to other branches or locations may be required.
