Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or relevant executive education is preferred. Significant leadership experience in financial services, revenue growth, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

The Chief Revenue Officer will unify sales, marketing, lending, branch and digital-channel strategies, member experience, and community engagement to achieve measurable results. Drawing on market, financial, and member insights, the successful candidate will identify opportunities, set short- and long-term objectives, and lead high-performing teams accountable for execution. This visible leader will advance cross-selling, operational efficiency, talent development, and trusted relationships with members, community partners, and key stakeholders.
