Job description

We Are Hiring

Location: Pensacola, FL

Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart 

Department: Security

Schedule: Night Shift l Full-Time | 11 P.M. - 7:30 A.M. 

What You Will Do
  • Proactive monitoring and swift, professional response to security concerns across the facility.
  • Providing essential, compassionate observation for patients, including those under Baker Act and Marchman Act, which may involve sitting for long periods to ensure their safety.
  • Conducting thorough investigations and meticulously documenting all security-related incidents and hazards.
  • Performing regular patrols and serving as a knowledgeable, helpful point of contact for staff and visitors.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of emergency protocols and assisting with staff training and drills.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
  • Ability to effectively read and write incident reports
