Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.

• Create detailed patient treatment plans in accordance with physician directives, setting realistic goals tailored to each individual patient's progress.

• Administer physical therapy techniques and modalities, monitoring patient response and modifying treatment as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner to comply with professional standards and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to implement comprehensive care plans.

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and student interns, ensuring high standards are met during patient care delivery.

• Stay current with advances in physical therapy practices and contribute ideas for improved patient care and departmental efficiencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic ailments, spanning across various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with patients and team members alike.

• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, to efficiently document patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting is preferred but not mandated.

• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
