• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy—to effectively address client challenges.
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall client care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, providing regular feedback and support to encourage growth.

You will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Our clients often seek support for work-life balance, stress management, or coping with transitional life phases. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• At least two years of counseling experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical environments.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed approaches is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic interventions will be advantageous.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
