What You’ll Do
As a full-time Stocker on our 1st Shift Warehouse Team, you'll be responsible for receiving and replenishing products across various departments. You’ll rotate inventory, prepare stock for order selectors, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. You'll also use warehouse equipment (including power industrial trucks if certified) to safely transport products to their designated storage areas.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately rotate and restock inventory for the order selection team.
  • Transport products from receiving docks to designated storage areas using manual or powered equipment.
  • Open cases and stock individual items on shelves or pallets.
  • Maintain proper product rotation to prevent spoilage or expired goods.
  • Face and organize products to keep shelves clean and pickable.
  • Perform daily checks to meet industrial safety, food safety, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory conditions and report issues such as damages or spoilage.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe work environment by following sanitation schedules and removing debris or spills promptly.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (if trained/certified), with incentives available for certified usage.
  • Support other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Work Environment
Work takes place in our warehouse facility, which includes concrete floors and multiple temperature zones:
  • Ambient (~70°F)
  • Cooler (~34°F)
  • Freezer (0°F)
  • Ice Cream Freezer (-10°F)
Team members may be assigned to different areas as needed and must be comfortable working in all temperature conditions.
Physical Demands
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. You must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Climbing, stooping, and kneeling may be required on occasion.
