Psychiatrist | Full Time | South Gilbert, AZ

The Role

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

· Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

· Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

· Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

· Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team

· Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

· Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.

Qualifications

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)

· Active state medical license or willingness to obtain

· Unencumbered DEA license

· Clean background

· U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

· Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
