We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on building next-generation health services platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on highly scalable, cloud-native applications utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Core Java, Python, ReactJS, and GraphQL on GCP and Azure, all orchestrated via Docker and Kubernetes. If you are passionate about prioritizing and executing tasks in the software development life cycle, producing clean and efficient code, and possess a willingness to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, this is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in healthcare tech.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and execute tasks across the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Design, develop, and deploy microservices and tools by producing clean, efficient, and well-structured code using Java (1.8 ), Python, and ReactJS
  • Automate repetitive engineering and deployment tasks through scripting and modern infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools
  • Review, debug, and optimize software code to maintain high performance, stability, and code quality
  • Perform comprehensive software validation, performance testing, and verification testing to ensure enterprise-grade reliability
  • Document development phases, establish system monitoring, and ensure high availability of production environments
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging engineering and AI trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional software engineering experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • 3 years of experience working with front-end technologies, specifically ReactJS
  • 2 years of experience in microservices development using Java 1.8 (or higher) and Python
  • 2 years of experience working with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
  • 2 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Azure and CI/CD tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive software engineering tasks
  • Proven analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 1 years of experience working with distributed event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with GraphQL for API development and querying
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
  • Experience or strong interest in Scala
  • Experience or strong knowledge in designing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and AI models in a production environment
  • Passion for learning and a willingness to advance knowledge in AI/ML technologies
