Primary Responsibilities:

Technical Delivery:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy highquality software solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
  • Own endtoend delivery of complex features or systems, from requirements through production support
  • Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code following best practices and coding standards
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and provide rootcause analysis

Architecture & Design:

  • Contribute to system and application architecture decisions
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cloudready where applicable
  • Collaborate with architects on longterm technical roadmaps

Collaboration & Leadership::

  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and midlevel engineers
  • Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Quality, Security & Compliance::

  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in audits, security reviews, and risk assessments as needed
  • Promote test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergrad college degree  
  • 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • 5 years of Handson experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications
  • 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • 5 years of experience with ServiceNow scripting like JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rule, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
  • 5 years of experience developing and configuring: Forms, lists, tables, and workflows, Flow Designer, Notifications and SLAs
  • 5 years of Handson experience with ServiceNow Update Sets and application deployment

Preferred Qualification:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and midlevel engineers
  • Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
