We're looking for a results driven Sales Engineer, in British Columbia (Based in the Central Okanagan) who thrives at the intersection of technology and client service. In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted advisor helping companies solve real-world process challenges through engineered separation solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, expand market reach, and contribute to our organization's success. You are a person that is able to understand business, technical process solutions, and people. You thrive in an environment where you can drive business forward and use both sides of your brain.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage technical sales opportunities from prospecting to proposal to delivery

  • Partner with engineers and operations to develop winning solutions

  • Travel to client sites across Ontario to consult, present, and support

  • Build long-term relationships in industries that value expertise and trust

What You Bring:

  • Degree in engineering or technical sciences, however we will consider equivalent experience.

  • 3–7 years of sales experience (technical capital equipment preferred)

  • Technical industry knowledge in dairy, brewery, O&G, wastewater, or other liquids process environment is a plus

  • A knack for simplifying complex technical concepts and able to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A results-oriented mindset and the drive to work independently

  • Ability to present information in a compelling way to small and large groups of people.

  • Ability to work with a number of software platforms for business (CRM, pricing, communication, etc.)

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within British Columbia with some overnight stays
