What You'll Do
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with mobility and transferring, including use of walkers or wheelchairs
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
  • Assist with medication reminders (not administration)
  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities
  • Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or home environment to your care team
  • Maintain accurate visit notes and documentation

  • Prior caregiving experience or training
