SOCCER SHOTS NORTH HOUSTON - FULL-TIME COACH (with Training Period)
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks across the North Houston Area, including The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Montgomery, and Willis areas.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT STARTING HOURS
This position will begin as part-time during the initial training and evaluation period. During this phase, coaches will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to demonstrate their coaching ability, reliability, and alignment with our company's values and coaching philosophy.
Upon successful completion of training and a positive performance review, the position will transition to full-time, including the full-time pay structure and benefits outlined below.
WHAT YOU GET AS A FULL-TIME COACH:
  • Starting hourly rate of $16 for training
  • Hourly rate of $16-$20 or $30,000 salary once full-time
  • Seasonal fuel stipends totaling $1,200 annually

WHAT YOU NEED AS A FULL-TIME COACH:
  • Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

HOURS (once full-time):
  • Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOCCER SHOTS COACH:
  • Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
  • Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development
  • Arrive on time and provide a positive experience for children and families
  • Maintain equipment and manage class rosters/attendance
  • Build positive relationships with childcare center staff
