Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (SLP roles)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) welcome
- Experience in schools, teletherapy, or pediatric/healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student progress
- Maintain documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student support plans
