Brentwood, CA | Full-Time | Pediatric Speech Therapy

Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Brentwood, CA. This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized, and motivated SLPA who enjoys working with children and families in a collaborative clinical environment.
Our team provides pediatric speech therapy services across clinic, school, home, and community-based settings. We are looking for someone who is committed to quality care, professional growth, and supporting children as they build meaningful communication skills.
Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Location: Brentwood, CA
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Full-time schedule, based on clinic and patient needs

About the Role
The SLPA will provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position requires strong communication, organization, documentation, and time management skills. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities Include
  •  Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP. 
  •  Provide services to pediatric patients in clinic, school, home, and/or community-based settings. 
  •  Complete daily documentation, including SOAP notes, treatment updates, and related records. 
  •  Support progress report preparation and treatment planning as directed by the supervising SLP. 
  •  Communicate professionally with patients, families, clinical team members, and supervisors. 
  •  Manage time effectively between direct treatment, documentation, scheduling, and related responsibilities. 
  •  Maintain organized and accurate patient documentation in accordance with company policy. 
  •  Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision meetings as required. 
  •  Participate in team collaboration and contribute to a supportive clinical environment. 
  •  Follow company policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable clinical standards. 
  •  Perform other related duties as assigned by management. 
Qualifications
  •  Current California SLPA license required. 
  •  Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field. 
  •  New graduates are welcome to apply. 
  •  Experience in pediatric, school-based, clinic-based, or home-based services preferred. 
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  •  Ability to build positive rapport with patients, families, and team members. 
  •  Strong organization, time management, and follow-through. 
  •  Positive, collaborative, and professional demeanor. 
  •  Ability to work independently while following supervision requirements and company procedures.
