Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with operations and scheduling teams to align timelines, materials readiness, and site coordination.

  • Review completed products prior to shipment and ensure project expectations are met.

  • Coordinate installation scheduling and provide timely status updates throughout production and delivery.

  • Support invoicing processes and project closeout documentation as needed.

  • Prepare professional project correspondence and status reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or another project-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, phases, and vendors.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite operations, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Comfortable working in both office and active jobsite environments, with willingness to travel as project needs require.

  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with permitting, engineering drawings, ADA compliance, and installation planning.

  • Experience using project management software or ERP/project tracking systems.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across the full signage project lifecycle, including fabrication, permitting, installation, and field execution.

  • Knowledge of site logistics and resource planning, including lifts, cranes, access requirements, and safety considerations.

  • Experience conducting field walkthroughs, punch list management, and installation oversight.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Ability to bridge office planning with onsite execution and maintain clear communication across teams.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Primarily office-based role with occasional travel to project sites as required.

  • Comfortable working in both office and construction environments.

  • Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and perform field-related activities preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. when necessary.
