Plastic Assembler: Hebron, Illinois
Our customer in Hebron, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Plastic Assemblers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Plastic Assembler, you will assemble shutters, ensure quality, and perform tasks like cutting, stapling, and stocking materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Plastic Assembler:
  • Check orders from special instructions
  • Stock assembly workstation with needed materials
  • Check the quality of pre-fitted rails and tops
  • Insert louvers and center, assemble bottom to complete shutters using air or electric stapler
  • Cut panels to exact size using radial arm saw
  • Insert panels along with tops, centers, and bottoms, stapling them into place
  • Inspect finished shutters for flaws and make corrections if needed
Plastic Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Able to read tape measurements and interpret work orders
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willing to cross-train in any other job duties required
Pay for Plastic Assembler: Starting at $15.20/hour.
