Job description

The goal of Jimmy John's Opening Prep Position is to prepare the store as quickly and efficiently as possible for a seamless opening. We achieve this by learning the most efficient methods for preparing, slicing, chopping, and portioning the product for use throughout the day.

This would include preparing sliced veggies, sliced meats, baking bread, and any other opening tasks required to get the store ready for the day.

Requirements:

We slice our all-natural* meats and fresh veggies in-house every day. Our fresh-baked bread is made right here where you can see it, and our house-made tuna salad is fresh every day.
