- Butler, PA 16001 (On-Site)

Position Overview

We are seeking aSeamstress / Industrial Sewing Machine Operatorto join our production team.

This is ahands-on manufacturing rolefocused onindustrial sewing, fabric cutting, embroidery machine operation, and heat press applications. You will produce durable, functional sewn products used in commercial and government applications.

This isNOT a fashion design rolethis is aproduction and manufacturing position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operateindustrial sewing machinesfor high-volume production
  • Performproduction sewingwith speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Create and modify sewing patterns and templatesfor production use
  • Operateembroidery machinesfor logos and custom applications
  • Useheat press equipmentfor labeling and finishing
  • Cut large volumes of fabric and textile materialsaccurately
  • Inspect finished products forquality control and durability
  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace

Preferred Experience

  • Industrial sewing /sewing machine operator experience
  • Experience inmanufacturing, textile production, or fabrication
  • Familiarity withembroidery machines or heat press equipment
  • Background inupholstery, canvas work, automotive interiors, or heavy-duty sewingis a plus
  • Ability to work in afast-paced production environment
