What You'll Expect
As a Server, you'll create a great guest experience by taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, maintaining clean tables, and ensuring guests' needs are exceeded. You'll work in a fast-paced environment while delivering
exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do
  • Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly
  • Verify guest IDs for alcohol service per NH state regulations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked stations throughout the shift
  • Upsell menu items and premium beverage options
  • Answer questions about food and drinks, including ingredients and preparation
  • Maintain table appearance, pre-bus, refill drinks, and reset tables
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and alcohol awareness procedures
  • Report guest concerns or issues promptly to the Manager on Duty
