Spring Gardens Assisted Living Oquirrh Mountain , a beautiful senior living community , is seeking dedicated & motivated team members to join our team as Servers.
Under general supervision of the Dining Supervisor, the servers performs a variety of duties involving preparation and service of balanced meals to the residents of Spring Gardens. The Servers will possess a genuine interest in and concern for the food service industry and for geriatric, chronically ill and/or disabled persons. Must be able to communicate well and take direction to ensure top notch service to our residents.
If you are passionate about working with seniors in a team-orientated work environment, then we want you to help us continue to provide high quality senior services in a manner that love and compassion.
As a Server in our community dining, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with YOU!
Job Tasks:
  • Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
  • Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
  • Help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable).
  • Reset tables for the next meal service.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Spring Gardens Senior Living.
