We are currently seeking a Watchman at our Woodway Drive community. In this role, you will be responsible for preventing illegal activity in order to protect the community, guests, and residents from harm. Watchman must be alert and quick to detect any attempts to damage property or harm residents, guests, or the community. Watchman is in charge of enforcing community policies, especially regarding security. They exercise discretion in granting authorization to enter or exit the building and conduct security screenings to ensure that no person intending to commit an unlawful activity is allowed in or around the premises.
