As a Security Guard Access Screening Driver in Perry, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, and help support a secure, welcoming environment. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will provide strong customer service, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver with agility, teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols.
• Support screening and entry procedures for staff, contractors, deliveries, and/or guests while maintaining clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances, checkpoints, and the perimeter, as assigned, noting security-related concerns and changing conditions throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
