Job description

Production Staff


  • Paid Weekly - Base Pay +Attendance & Production Bonuses!!!
  • Monday - Friday - Day Shift Only!!
  • End of Season Attendance Bonuses!!


Job Summary


Production staff work in various positions and contribute to the manufacturing process of our food product.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday with 3 shifts operating between 6:30am to 4:30pm.

Work hours average 30 to 40 hours a week.

Se habla espanol.


Duties and Responsibilities


Production positions vary and may include one or more of the following duties:

  • Delivery of raw material to packers
  • Packing or unpacking boxes with raw materials or finished product
  • Document/record case count and/or pasteurizer temperatures
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements


  • Complete assigned work duties efficiently while maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
  • Comply with all company policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Sustain an acceptable attendance record, working all scheduled hours and occasional adjusted hours to accommodate production.
  • Be a team player by supporting team members and contributing to the successful manufacturing of our high quality, gourmet pickled food product.


Qualifications


  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to work between the hours of 6:30am-4:30pm
  • Ability to follow directions with little or no supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliable attendance and performance


Physical Requirements


  • Must be able to communicate, observe and comprehend job requirements and safety practices.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Often required to move about the production and warehouse facilities performing required tasks.
  • Occasionally required to lift 20 to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
  • Often required to push/pull, reach, grasp, bend and climb stairs.


Working Conditions


  • The physical warehouse environment requires the employee to work inside in varying temperatures (65F to 90F).
  • The noise level is moderate to loud (70 to 80 dB) during production hours.
