Jumoke Academy seeks motivated and innovative middle school certified teachers, who are committed to excellence for every child and will accept nothing less. These individuals must be highly motivated and mission-driven; teachers who sweat the small stuff without losing sight of the big picture. Positions are also available in specified content areas (Math, Science, Band Social Studies,,ELA and Art). The ideal teacher candidate will have a proven track record of:

• Inspiring, engaging, and empowering students and families
• Establishing and maintaining a culture of high expectations
• Building effective relationships with students, families and peers
• Ensuring fidelity to curriculum, instructional excellence and best-practices in assessment

Certification/License: Appropriate CT State Certification
