Lead something new from Day One. We're hiring a Salon Manager for a brand-new salon with the opportunity to help build the culture, energy, and team you've always wanted to work in. Full-time (32+ hours) with paid training, growth opportunities, and competitive pay ($22-$27/hr). With tips, you can expect around $30-$40/hr. To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
