We are looking for a Client Program Manager to lead and evolve our strategic partnership with one of our most valued global customers. In this role, you will act as a key connector across teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable value across both Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) and Maersk Ground Freight (MGF).

As a Client Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of the partnership-aligning strategy with execution while continuously improving performance across warehousing, transload operations, and ground freight solutions.

  • Anticipate operational challenges and proactively design solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and customer outcomes

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of operational or program management experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain
  • Experience working with international supply chains or origin operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in complex environments
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
  • Preferred (not required): PMP, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification
