Overview: A full-time split REHAB DIRECTOR / Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Departments located minutes apart in Farmington, ME. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities on one day.
