Job description

Experienced RV Technician

Do you have hands-on experience in RV repair and maintenance? Are you confident in diagnosing and fixing a wide range of RV systemsโ€”from plumbing to electrical and beyond? If so, Millerโ€™s RV wants you on our team!

Weโ€™re seeking a full-time RV Technician with proven experience in the field. Youโ€™ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all major RV systems, performing inspections, and helping our customers get back on the road with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair issues in all RV systems including:
    • Electrical (12V and 110V)
    • Plumbing (fresh, gray, and black water)
    • HVAC systems
    • Propane systems
    • Slide-outs, awnings, appliances, and more
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and service write-ups
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members for efficient repair flow
  • Maintain clear documentation of diagnostics and repairs in service software
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold shop safety standards
Requirements
  • RV technician experience requiredโ€”must have experience in diagnosing and repairing multiple RV systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
  • RVIA/RVDA certification is a plus but not required
