Job description

** This is a seasonal full time position that runs from June-Nov. We'd love to have a candidate who is open to yearly seasonal work and wants to work each year from April-Nov ~8 months, have a winter break and then return to roadsurfer again in April each year. **

The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • #1 priority is you lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure!

  • Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.

  • Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians. Candidate must be least 18 years of age to operate company vehicles.

  • You explain and put a smile on our customers' faces as you hand over the keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable

  • You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits

  • You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station happy

  • You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction

  • You are a self-starter and know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done
