Relocation:

Ranch Hand is excited to announce we will be relocating our Shiner & Beeville locations to Seguin Texas!  This role will initially be based in Shiner Texas with a targeted relocation date of September-October 2026.

Production Scheduler

Our Production Scheduler is responsible for maintaining a structured flow of production by issuing and tracking work orders and ensuring that required materials are supplied to the production floor according to the production schedule.  This includes but may not be limited to creating/posting/clearing RPO (release production orders), keeping track of hot orders/drop ins, creating schedules that flow with production, and communicating shortage of materials/product to the appropriate teamsA successful candidate must have strong communication skills to relay pertinent information to the sales team, customer service, OE team and other leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update daily production schedules
  • Run daily reports
  • Communicate with team shortage of materials
  • Communicate with OE, sales, customer service and leaders the production schedule

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • D365 knowledge preferred but not required
  • Previous experience scheduling production orders

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
