Job description

Description
This is a competent professional registered nurse position requiring practical and technical skills sufficient to deliver quality nursing care for newborns, childbearing women and women having OBGYN procedures. She/he must be able to assess and manage patients during all stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, post-partum care, care of the neonate and post surgical care. The RN must also be able to assess and meet the patient's physical, emotional and educational needs and have the knowledge to refer to outside agencies whenever indicated.
Status: Full time, Variable shift.
Qualities: This vibrant and forward-thinking RN will possess strong critical thinking, flexibility and communication skills. The ability to work independently but also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while providing patient-centered care is a must.
Requirements: Perinatal experience preferred, however will train an RN with strong clinical background. NRP, Fetal Monitoring, CLC, STABLE, and IV Therapy are also preferred. RN Maine License, ACLS and BLS required.
The pay range for this position is $35.17 to $60.42 per hour, based on relevant education, qualifications, and experience
