RN Position Summary
As a RN at Henry County Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
  • Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
  • Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
  • Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
  • Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

RN Requirements
  • Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Tennessee
