We're seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team, delivering exceptional care to patients and meaningful support to their families throughout the Verona Area.
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

  • Provide Holistic Care: Deliver skilled nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with Heart: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team-physicians, social workers, and chaplains-to create personalized care plans.

What You Bring
  • Licensure: Active RN license in Wisconsin (BSN preferred but not required).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or home health experience a plus.

  • Skills: Excellent assessment, communication, and time-management abilities.
