JOB SUMMARY

Anti-aging Integrative Functional Medicine such as Aesthetics, Hormone Replacement Therapies (HRT), Weight Management, and Male & Female Sexual Dysfunction Therapies is the fastest-growing medical industry in the world, and we are seeking a part-time or full-time (32-40 hours per week, flexible) Registered Nurse to join our team and provide world class care in a highly supportive environment.
This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a PNW Optimal Health RN, you will be a medical provider offering exceptional patient care and performing a variety of procedures, including the in-demand medical services related to hormone replacement therapies and medical weight loss programs. You will work in a supportive and innovative environment, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while adhering to established protocols. Your role will involve conducting patient consultations, performing health assessments, preparing treatment rooms, and educating patients about procedures and aftercare. You will also monitor patients during treatments and provide follow-up care to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert advice and screening during patient consultations
- Conduct thorough skin examinations and assessments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before procedures
- Educate patients about procedures and aftercare instructions
- Monitor patient comfort during treatments and provide follow-up care
- Adhere to PNW Optimal Health policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current state-issued RN license
- Familiarity with medical weight loss and HRT
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- BLS certification required
EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES
- Experience in aesthetic nursing or related field
- Familiarity with aesthetic injectables and aesthetic lasers
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive Compensation:
- $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Compensation is further supplemented by additional performance and incentive bonuses as well as commissions on your sales
