The Revit Modeler is responsible for modeling and drafting construction submittals for a variety of product lines including Division 10 Specialties and Division 12 Casework and Tops. They will work with a variety of internal teams to create detailed and accurate shop drawings from architectural drawings and cost estimates.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings to generate shop drawings for various project types and sizes.
  • Complete shop drawings in a timely manner and according to our company standards.
  • Managing information, maintaining notes, documentation and making sure your questions are answered when needed utilizing our propriety software.
  • Competence working remotely in a deadline driven environment requiring independent time management
  • Independently solve problems in close coordination with members of the project team.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Revit as a modeling and data management tool
  • 3-5 years' experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field is a plus.

Salary Description
$55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on exp.
